A recent survey indicates that 54.1% of Romanians view the installation of Luca Niculescu's government positively, seeing it as a resolution to the political crisis. However, only 46.8% believe the government will last until the 2028 elections. The survey, conducted from October 26 to November 2, 2026, reveals generational differences in perceptions of government stability. Older voters tend to support the new government more than younger voters, who express skepticism about its longevity. The research was carried out by INSCOP Research for Informat.ro, with a sample of 1,197 respondents.
