He found that while some hospitals were accommodating, others, particularly in Sibiu and Bucharest, presented challenges such as lack of availability or redirection to other facilities. Rogobete expressed concern over the administrative hurdles patients face and announced that he would send a control team to investigate the appointment processes in hospitals where he encountered issues.
