Nine secretaries of state from PSD have been appointed back to their previous positions in various ministries by Prime Minister Luca Niculescu. Most of these officials had previously held their roles until April this year when PSD withdrew from the government. The appointees include Ioan-Cristian Șologon and Ionuț-Cristian Săvoiu in the Ministry of Transport, Gheorghița-Daniela Barbu in the Ministry of Labor, and Silviu Nicu Macovei in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Other notable appointments are Aurel Dragoș Drăghescu and Vlad-Ștefan Niculae in the Ministry of Development, Pavel-Casian Nițulescu in the Ministry of Energy, Laurențiu-Viorel Gîdei in the Ministry of Economy, and Cristina Breșug in the Ministry of Investments and European Projects. Each expressed gratitude for their nominations and commitment to their roles.
