Rheinmetall has lowered its financial forecasts for 2026 due to delays in defense contracts and ammunition deliveries, now estimating revenues of €13.2 billion. The operational margin estimate has also been reduced from 19% to 18.5%. Additionally, Rheinmetall acquired the Damen Mangalia shipyard for €138 million after its bankruptcy in April 2026, following unsuccessful attempts to sell it at higher prices.
