A Roman writing instrument from Apulum is the exhibit of the month at the Union Museum in Alba Iulia. The unveiling took place on November 3, presented by Dr. George Bounegru. This piece was discovered during preventive archaeological research in 2023, following the destruction of a Roman sarcophagus. The intact bronze stylus features unique decorations and was used for writing on wax tablets. One end is pointed for incising, while the other is flat for smoothing the writing surface.
