The Central Bank of Russia has sold gold for ten consecutive months to cover its military budget deficit, becoming the world's leading central bank in gold reserve reductions. In contrast, global central banks purchased 321.2 tons of gold in Q3, with Russia selling 18.66 tons. China emerged as the largest gold buyer, adding 63.14 tons to its reserves.
