The operation, named "Jupiter," involved 14 home searches and targeted influence trafficking, bribery, and complicity in corruption. A 57-year-old man is at the center of the investigation, accused of mediating document procurement and exam promotions, allegedly receiving sums between 100 lei and 1,500 euros. He is also linked to loan sharking activities. Following the operation, all nine suspects were held for 24 hours, with further preventive measures to be considered.
