The modernization of the C20 building at the "Elisabeta Doamna" Psychiatric Hospital in Galați has been completed, funded by European grants. The total investment was 7.3 million lei, with 4.2 million lei from the local budget. Key improvements included thermal rehabilitation, insulation, interior finishes, and energy systems installation. The municipality is also investing in a new outpatient building and ongoing renovations at two other hospital sections, totaling 7 million euros in European funding.
