The Bucharest Court of Appeal has ordered CNAIR to reevaluate three bids for the Bălcăuți–Siret section of the Suceava–Siret Expressway after accepting a challenge from the Concelex-led consortium. This decision follows the initial awarding of the contract to the Far Foundation – Automagistral Pivden – Lincor Trans consortium, which was contested by multiple bidders. The court annulled the previous evaluation report and mandated a new assessment within 20 days. The ruling adds to ongoing disputes affecting several projects on the A8 Highway and the Suceava–Siret Expressway, with only one section currently free from legal challenges.
