The Ethics Committee of "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iași has dismissed lecturer Ionuț-Alexandru Toader due to serious misconduct, including sexual harassment. The university expressed solidarity with affected students and will provide free psychological support. Students who interrupted their studies due to harassment will be allowed to return under previous funding conditions. Toader is under investigation for multiple sexual offenses but retains the presumption of innocence.
