AUR proposes changes to the Senate Regulation to hold two plenary sessions weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. The initiative aims to extend the working schedule of senators and introduce an additional plenary day. The weekly program will be approved by the Leaders' Committee at the start of each week and will include mandatory plenary sessions. Furthermore, the proposal modifies rules for committee meetings, ensuring they do not overlap with plenary sessions or meetings of the Permanent Bureau. Additionally, committee meetings outside the regular schedule can be convened with prior notice to members.
