The Judicial Section of CSM dismissed a disciplinary action against former judge Laurențiu Beșu, who had made serious allegations about the judiciary in a documentary. Although the Judicial Inspection proved he disclosed deliberation secrets, they chose not to sanction him since he is now a prosecutor. The decision can be appealed within 15 days.
