Pactic, a logistics company majority-owned by Sameday, has acquired Romanian firm QeOPS, enhancing its logistics capacity in Romania by 18,000 square meters. This acquisition allows Pactic to serve 40 clients, including notable brands like Flanco and LEGO. QeOPS, previously part of Cargus, processed 6 million products in 2025 and will help Pactic offer comprehensive logistics services, including warehousing and order fulfillment. The integration aims to connect Romanian storage infrastructure with Pactic's European distribution network, facilitating cross-border sales for Romanian retailers. Paul Copil, CEO of QeOPS, will become COO of Pactic, overseeing operational activities and service development.
