Ghigiu also mentioned that the current government has not decided on renegotiating the PNRR milestone with the European Commission. The Salary Law has been brought back into public discourse by the Social Democrats, with Sorin Grindeanu advocating for a new version of the reform. The PNRR milestone related to salary reform was valued at 770 million lei, and the deadline set by the European Commission has already passed by two months.
