Paula Cojocari, wife of Stelian Ogică, suffered severe burns during an aesthetic procedure at a clinic where she had been a loyal customer for eight years. After the incident, the clinic's owner ignored her calls and offered no assistance, suggesting only a herbal cream for her injuries. Paula has since experienced significant psychological trauma and has initiated legal action against the clinic, which has escalated to the Court of Appeal in Timișoara. She claims the clinic lacked proper authorization and that the staff member who treated her was not even employed there.
