On November 4, 13 kilometers of the A0 highway section Afumați-Glina were opened, connecting A3 and A2 directly. This addition allows drivers to bypass the current Capital Beltway. The new segments enhance the existing 70 kilometers of A0 already in use. Sorin Grindeanu emphasized the importance of consistent infrastructure development since 2021, highlighting the need for support rather than delays. The construction cost 710 million lei, funded through the Transport Program 2021-2027.
