Prosecutors conducted searches in 35 locations across Călărași, Ialomița, and Ilfov as part of a drug trafficking investigation involving a group of nine individuals led by a 44-year-old man. The group was selling drugs for amounts between 200 and 500 lei per transaction. Authorities seized approximately 1.5 kilograms of psychoactive substances, various drug paraphernalia, and firearms during the raids. The investigation revealed a structured criminal organization that distributed drugs in Călărași and surrounding areas, with defined roles among members. Eight suspects were detained, and a preventive arrest proposal was submitted to the court.
