On November 4, the US dollar depreciated against the Romanian leu following the US elections. The dollar fell to 4.7518 lei, losing 0.0243 lei from the previous day. Meanwhile, the euro gained value, reaching 5.3443 lei, an increase of 0.0027 lei. The Swiss franc also decreased to 5.8128 lei, down by 0.0247 lei. The British pound was quoted at 6.4050 lei, slightly lower than the previous day. These exchange rates are set by the National Bank of Romania based on bank quotations.
