Brașov is advancing the expansion of 13 Decembrie street towards Sânpetru by contracting cadastral services for land registration. The project involves expropriating 16,451 square meters, with compensation set at 1,054,860 lei. The aim is to improve traffic flow by adding two lanes in each direction, particularly at the congested exit towards Sânpetru. The expansion will also modernize Vasile Goldiș street, linking to a strategic military unit. Expropriation procedures have begun for various properties, including a car wash and land owned by Transbus Codreanu.
