BMF GRUP has acquired Flash Lighting Services, enhancing its capabilities in smart lighting systems. This marks BMF's second acquisition in a month, following the purchase of ENGIE Building Solutions. Flash Lighting Services manages public lighting in 20 cities and reported revenues of over 161 million lei last year. The acquisition aims to boost BMF's projected revenue to over 180 million euros by 2026, focusing on integrated urban infrastructure solutions. BMF plans to expand beyond Romania and aims for a cumulative revenue of 300 million euros. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to finalize by the end of 2026.
