The new Brașov-Valencia route launched successfully with nearly full flights, marking a significant day for Brașov International Airport. Over 2,100 passengers traveled through the airport, with high demand for various routes, especially to Rome, Memmingen, and Luton. Wizz Air is currently the only airline operating flights to nine European destinations from Brașov, including the newly added Valencia. Additional routes to Barcelona, Madrid, Karlsruhe, and Chișinău will start in December, and Wizz Air plans to establish a base in Brașov by December 2026.
