Train services between Eforie Nord and Eforie Sud have been temporarily suspended due to a landslide caused by heavy rains. Authorities are securing the area and conducting a technical assessment. The Constanța Emergency Situations Committee convened to address the situation and implement urgent measures. These include halting train operations in the affected sector, conducting an urgent technical expertise to evaluate damages, and preparing documentation for emergency construction permits to restore the railway infrastructure. Train services will resume only after ensuring safety conditions are met.
