Construction on the DJ 102I road in Valea Doftanei is ongoing despite adverse weather conditions, with support walls being built up to six meters high. The project aims to enhance connectivity between Prahova County and Brașov through a new route across the Carpathians. Currently, about 28% of the work is completed, including nearly 2,000 drilled piles and multiple bridges and culverts. The modernization will improve accessibility, boost tourism, and provide an alternative route to DN1. The project is funded by the Ministry of Development and executed by Construcții Erbașu.
