The ASTRA Museum from Sibiu was the only Romanian institution at the International Heritage Salon in Paris, showcasing traditional Horezu ceramics. The participation was supported by private sponsorship and highlighted the cultural sector's role in promoting Romania abroad. Museum director Ciprian Ștefan emphasized the team's efforts, including a three-day journey to set up the exhibition stand. The project "Soarele din farfurie" featured Horezu ceramics, recognized as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, attracting over 20,000 visitors during the event.
