The warning highlights increased water levels and flow rates in specific river basins, including Călmăţui, Vedea, and Neajlov. Additionally, the river Urlui is expected to exceed alert levels. Overall, river flows are anticipated to rise due to ongoing and forecasted precipitation, particularly in southern regions and Dobrogea.
