In 2027, Bucharest residents will pay the same local taxes and fees as in 2026, including parking fees. The proposed annual parking fees are set to remain unchanged, with different rates depending on the area. Residential property tax rates will also stay the same, with a 0.1% rate for residential buildings owned by individuals. A 10% discount for early tax payments will continue, and there will be a 30% reduction for hybrid vehicles with low CO2 emissions. The tourism tax will not increase either, remaining at 10 lei per night. The proposal is currently open for public debate until November 18, before being voted on by the City Council.
