A secretary from a notary office in Bucharest has been detained for allegedly forging numerous documents and notary signatures, resulting in a financial loss of 328,000 lei. She is accused of fraud and falsification of official documents, having collected fees from clients without proper authorization. The investigation revealed that she created fake documents between September 2025 and April 2026, misleading clients into believing they were authentic. The case was reported by a public notary who discovered the forgeries.
