The long-awaited "Dacia Road" project has officially received approval, linking A1 to Pitești-Mioveni. The Ministry of Transport and other authorities have initiated a public debate on the government resolution for the project's financial indicators. The total investment is estimated at 2.68 billion lei, funded by non-reimbursable external funds and the state budget, with a 36-month execution timeline. The expressway will span 9.892 kilometers, with additional access roads totaling 5.198 kilometers. The road will feature a width of 21.50 meters and include eight complex structures. This infrastructure project responds to Dacia's long-standing requests to improve logistics and transport efficiency, addressing challenges faced by the company due to high energy costs and infrastructure deficiencies.
