The Radial Road 10 – Măgurele Expres project, estimated at over 643 million euros, has progressed in the environmental impact assessment process. The National Agency for Environment and Protected Areas (ANMAP) has sent a decision regarding the project's classification to the Bucharest Metropolitan Area Development Association (ADIZMB). Following the announcement's publication, the public will have 10 days to submit comments. The project will span approximately 8 kilometers, connecting southern Bucharest to the future Bucharest–Alexandria Highway. It includes five road junctions, a 200-meter tunnel, and a viaduct over rivers. The feasibility study contract was awarded for 12.57 million lei, with total investment estimated at around 2.7 billion lei without VAT.
