A new construction site has opened on Bulevardul Unirii due to a heating network failure, affecting traffic for ten days. Starting today at 10:30, the third lane towards Piața Alba Iulia will be blocked until November 13. While no additional traffic restrictions are announced, delays are expected, especially during peak hours. Drivers are advised to exercise caution and follow temporary signage. The issue impacts seven nearby buildings, and updates can be accessed via the Termoenergetica website or the TermoAlert app.
