Seven sailors are missing in the Black Sea after the Turkish tugboat Ayaz Bey sank near Neptun. Three crew members were rescued by the Dutch tug Odin and are being taken to Mangalia port. The Ayaz Bey was towing the damaged Mentor vessel when it collided due to adverse weather conditions. The Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs has mobilized two rescue vessels to assist in the search operation, which is complicated by strong winds and rough seas, preventing aerial support. The search and rescue operation is ongoing.
