A Turkish tugboat sank near Neptun after colliding with the vessel it was towing. Seven crew members were on board, with three rescued and four refusing evacuation. The incident occurred early in the morning, prompting a search and rescue operation hampered by bad weather. The tugboat AYAZ BEY sent a distress signal after the towing cables broke and reattached before the collision. Authorities dispatched multiple vessels for the rescue, but conditions remain challenging, preventing aerial support.
