Verdict details
Confidence: 30%
Evidence quality: MEDIE
**What was analyzed:** The appearance in the center of Bucharest of messages with the text “I betray you too” and an image or a person resembling the political leader George Simion, along with the author's speculations regarding their origin. **What sources confirm:** Local publications and news platforms confirm that messages and posters with the text “I betray you too” and the figure of George Simion have recently appeared in the center of the Capital. **Limitations:** There is no data about the authors of the street campaign or evidence that the posters come from disappointed former supporters; this hypothesis remains a speculation of the author's opinion. **Conclusion:** The material fact regarding the appearance of the messages in Bucharest is real, but attributing them to former supporters is a mere speculation unsupported by evidence.
