George Simion has resumed his major political offensive: beating around the bush
Verdict: INCONCLUSIVE
Verdict details
Confidence: 43%
Evidence quality: PUTERNICĂ
**What was analyzed:** An opinion article claiming that AUR leader George Simion published a support video for Călin Georgescu and announced the resumption of his tour across the country, presenting these actions in a controversial and critical light. **What sources confirm:** Press evidence confirms the material facts presented: George Simion published a video on Facebook with a message of support (“We put our fist in the face of the storm”) for Călin Georgescu (who is in preventive detention) and announced that he is going around the country again for meetings with supporters. **Limitations:** The framing regarding “beating around the bush,” “fleeing from incompetence,” or “traitor-walker” are value judgments and subjective editorial opinions, impossible to fact-check. **Conclusion:** Inconclusive: an opinion piece. Of the verifiable statements, 3 out of 3 are confirmed. They do not enter the verdict, being unverifiable by their nature: 3 opinions. (Source Quality: STRONG)
