Recommended next steps
- Monitoring the legislative progress of the bill in the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies.
- Monitoring court decisions regarding the other 11 government decisions challenged by PSD.
Analysis limitations
- There are no major limitations; the facts are confirmed by multiple independent news agencies and the public posts of the involved political actors.
- Automatic note: the central claim is verified only through secondary media coverage — no primary/official source (the named publication, the court portal, the original document) appears among the cited evidence.
- An official denial of the submission of the bill to the Senate, but this is unlikely given the multiple confirmations.
