High temperatures and discomfort are expected in the south and southeast, while wind intensifications and atmospheric instability with storms and heavy rainfall are forecasted in other areas. Alerts are valid from 10:00 to 21:00 for heat and from 10:00 to 23:00 for wind, with gusts reaching up to 70 km/h. Additionally, atmospheric instability warnings are in effect from 12:00 to 22:00, predicting thunderstorms and significant rainfall in parts of Muntenia, Oltenia, and Transylvania. Meteorologists describe the day as one of extreme weather conditions.
