Zilieri puși să facă munca unor angajați calificați la Sibiu: amenzi după controalele ITM

The ITM Sibiu conducted inspections revealing violations related to work hour records, safety training, and improper use of day laborers. From July 6 to September 11, 2026, the inspections focused on compliance with Law no. 52/2011 regarding occasional work activities. Inspectors checked the establishment of electronic registers for day laborers, adherence to work duration, and proper classification of allowed activities. A total of 16 beneficiaries were inspected, uncovering 28 non-compliances, leading to fines totaling 38,000 lei and 20 written warnings. Common issues included using day laborers for skilled tasks, lack of work hour records, and insufficient safety training documentation. ITM Sibiu emphasizes the legal obligation to comply with regulations to protect workers' rights and safety.
