Zelenski nu a primit avertizare privind atacul Rusiei cu rachete balistice. SUA: Condiții nefavorabile • Newsweek România

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine did not receive any warning from international partners before Russia launched five ballistic missiles at civilian infrastructure in Kyiv. He emphasized the importance of prior information to save lives. The U.S. attributed the lack of warning to unfavorable weather conditions, a reason Ukraine finds unsatisfactory. The attacks resulted in casualties, including four deaths in Kharkiv, where a residential building was hit. Zelensky reported that over 100 projectiles and combat devices were used in the attacks, including kamikaze drones and ballistic missiles. U.S. officials denied halting intelligence sharing with Ukraine, despite concerns over attacks on Russian oil refineries.
