Zelensky proposed a conditional ceasefire, suggesting that if Russia halts attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure, Ukraine would also stop its strikes on Russian refineries. He urged for support to stop Putin, highlighting the need for mutual energy ceasefire conditions. Zelensky is currently in the U.S. for the UN General Assembly, where he is meeting with world leaders.
