He emphasized the need for increased funding to utilize this production capacity effectively. During a coalition meeting in Kyiv, leaders discussed enhancing military support and air defense for Ukraine. Zelensky highlighted the importance of transferring more costs of the war to Russia to pressure President Putin into negotiations. The coalition also agreed to strengthen sanctions against Russia and support Ukraine's energy infrastructure ahead of winter.
