Zelenski anunță „Carpathian 8”. România, printre cele opt state ale noii inițiative regionale

Zelensky emphasized the importance of this format for strengthening ties and cooperation in security, energy, and trade. The C8 initiative is seen as a significant step towards regional collaboration and infrastructure development, aligning with recent discussions on energy and connectivity among Ukraine, Romania, and Moldova. The summit runs from September 18-20, marking the official start of C8.
