Zelenski a decis să-l numească pe Umerov șef al Serviciului de Informații Externe

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Rustem Umerov as head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, following a cabinet reshuffle. Ihor Klymenko is proposed as the new Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. Umerov, previously Minister of Defense, is actively involved in negotiations with Russia and the U.S. Recent changes in Zelensky's administration include the appointment of Oleg Lugovskiy as interim head of the Foreign Intelligence Service and the dismissal of Oleg Ivașcenko. Umerov faced scrutiny over a controversial bulletproof vest contract linked to businessman Timur Mindich, who is under investigation for alleged criminal activities.
