Despite efforts to inform agencies that the festival was canceled, misleading promotions continued. Tourists also relied on AI, specifically ChatGPT, which incorrectly confirmed the festival's occurrence. The mayor emphasized the need for accurate information and the limitations of AI in discerning truth from falsehoods.
