YouTube schimbă modul în care numără vizualizările. Un videoclip va avea un view imediat ce începe redarea

YouTube is changing its view counting method, allowing views to be recorded as soon as a video starts playing. This shift aims to simplify audience data interpretation for creators and aligns YouTube's approach with platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The previous method required users to watch at least 30 seconds for a view to count. While the total view count may increase, the distinction between casual viewers and engaged viewers will become more significant. YouTube will retain the old metric, now called 'Engaged views', for creators to analyze deeper engagement. Additionally, new monetization thresholds for creators will be implemented next year, raising concerns about accessibility to the YouTube Partner Program.
