Xavi Hernandez has been appointed as the new head coach of the Netherlands national team after a two-year break from football. He replaces Ronald Koeman, who resigned following the team's World Cup exit. Xavi signed a four-year contract and becomes the first foreign coach for the Netherlands since 1978. Previously, he managed Barcelona, winning LaLiga and the Supercopa de España before taking a break.
