Workadis și Cleaning 360 pregătesc personal non-UE în Asia pentru companiile din România

Workadis Group and Cleaning 360 have formed a partnership to recruit and train non-EU personnel for companies in Romania. The training will take place in India, the Philippines, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, focusing on familiarizing candidates with industry-specific procedures and equipment. The partnership addresses the growing demand for well-prepared candidates in sectors like industrial cleaning, HoReCa, corporate facility management, and medical cleaning. Cleaning 360 will provide tailored theoretical and practical modules for each segment. Trainers will travel to recruitment hubs in India and partner centers in other countries, while candidates will be preselected by Workadis teams.
