Weather in Romania is rapidly changing with rising temperatures in the south and west, alongside storms and hail affecting various regions. Warm conditions are expected in the Western Plain and Romanian Plain, while other areas will see temperatures typical for early September. Variable skies will bring thunderstorms, especially in the Eastern Carpathians and parts of Dobrogea, Muntenia, Moldova, and Transylvania. Isolated heavy rainfall and hail are possible, particularly in mountainous areas. Winds will be moderate with stronger gusts in the mountains. Maximum temperatures will range from 23°C in Eastern Transylvania to 33°C in Southern Oltenia, with minimums between 10°C and 18°C.
