Wind speeds are expected to reach 50-70 km/h, with higher altitudes experiencing up to 90 km/h. The warning covers counties including Caraș-Severin, Hunedoara, and Galați. Additionally, a weather advisory indicates a significant drop in temperatures and moderate rainfall from September 21 to 24. Rainfall may reach 20-30 l/m² in some areas, with possible snow at higher altitudes. Temperatures will decrease by 8-12 degrees, with maximums between 14 and 21 degrees and minimums dropping to 2-11 degrees in certain regions.
