Meteorologists have issued a yellow alert for strong winds and significant temperature drops across Romania. The alert is effective on Monday, with wind gusts reaching 70 km/h in certain regions and up to 90 km/h at higher altitudes. A notable temperature decrease of 8-12 degrees is expected nationwide, with rain and snow forecasted in mountainous areas. In Bucharest, the weather will remain warm initially, but will cool down significantly by Tuesday, with maximum temperatures dropping to around 20 degrees. Rainfall is anticipated, particularly in the northern and central regions, with possible thunderstorms. The cold weather will persist into Wednesday and Thursday, with temperatures ranging from 6 to 21 degrees.
