At the beginning of October, temperatures in eastern, southeastern, and central Romania will be lower than normal, with a general precipitation deficit. From mid-October, temperatures are expected to rise above normal in most regions. The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) forecasts a significant temperature drop in southeastern areas, while western regions may experience slightly higher temperatures. Overall, precipitation levels will be below normal across the country, particularly in western, northern, and central regions. Towards the end of the month, temperatures will stabilize, with most areas returning to normal precipitation levels.
